If you have bought or are in the market for a new house, I am sure that you are aware of the requirements for BC mortgage insurance. I know I was. But about 6 months ago I purchased my house. It took me about 7 months to locate and close on my home, due to the delay with the Realtor. From what I hear that it was not bad time frame, because I know friends who it took a full year to close on their home, so I wanted the mortgage insurance part settled quickly.
